FACILITATION

How does your senior group or team sustain strategic performance?

We provide professional facilitation services to high performing leadership, executive and board level teams to enable greater diversity of thought, clarity on purpose and focus, and influence of critical clients and stakeholders.
Our five areas of focus include:

Strategy: What's your vision and your greatest priorities (and, why)?
Leadership: How do you enable clarity of focus of your staff?
Resilience: How do you maintain elite performance in your team?
Career: What does meaningful challenge involve for your team members?
Creativity: How do you enable an environment for ideas, trials (and errors)?

Rather than a ‘one stop shop’ template provider, we work closely with select clients, on a long term basis. We consider unique challenges, before committing to design and delivery. Our facilitation solutions are unique to each client and use the latest elite performance tools from science, professional sport, and the arts.

CONFLICT & COLLABORATION

What are your complex problems, and how do you speak about them?

Our 2.5 day in-house Captains of Conflict & Collaboration programme provides a solid grounding in the two most critical components of the workplace. Our bespoke programme focuses on providing in-depth reflection and structured experiential learning for those who need to lead collaborative groups or teams. The programme focuses on seven key factors of strategic collaboration:

Context: How to strategically assess whether and when collaboration is necessary.
Culture: How to build a unique environment of courage and creativity.
Clarify: How to craft and hone your problem, purpose and team makeup.
Combine: How to recruit for, and build, 'good conflict' through diversity of talent.
Connect: How to use informal means to build 'psychological safety'.
Create: How to solve problems by enabling an environment for trial (and error).
Commit: How to make short and long term promises, and following through.

With an understanding of these seven factors, and the tools that sit beneath each, any professional can start using the process for approaching those complex problems that require more than just a subject-matter expert.
